The Fresh Curry Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of thefreshcurry.com and purchase of our products.

2. Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline orders (e.g. if stock is unavailable). Minimum order quantity is 4 packs.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices shown exclude VAT at 20%. VAT is calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice; your order price is fixed at the time of confirmation.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Standard delivery 2–3 working days. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

5. Product information

We take care to ensure allergen and ingredient information is accurate. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee our products are free from cross-contamination.

6. Returns

Food products cannot be returned once delivered unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Contact orders@thefreshcurry.com within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
