Shipping & Returns

Delivery
Standard: 2–3 working days via tracked courier. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Express: Next working day delivery available for orders placed before 12pm. Select at checkout.
Cost: Free delivery on orders over £200 (excluding VAT). Flat £15 delivery on orders under £200.
Area: UK mainland only. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands — contact us for a shipping quote.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Deliveries require a signature. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or leave at a neighbour.
Returns
As food products, our gravies cannot be returned for reasons of preference. We will replace or refund products that are:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly supplied (wrong product)
- Past their best-before date on arrival
Report any issue to orders@thefreshcurry.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos where relevant.
