We use your data to: fulfil orders and send order confirmations; respond to enquiries; manage your trade account; send service updates; and (with your consent) send marketing communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Order records are retained for 7 years (HMRC requirement). Account data is held until you request deletion. Enquiry data is held for 2 years.
